Events in 2015

This interactive workshop will focus on skill of psychosocial assessment and intervention with patients with advanced cancer and is particularly designed for social workers in health and community settings serving persons with end-of-life care needs. During this 6-hour workshop, participants will examine: 1. psychosocial assessment in this unique care context; 2. the client/family goals; 3. the development of flexible plans for psychosocial interventions; and 4. communicating outcomes with the team.
