未來的安寧服務領袖應該具備有效率、有策略、有創新思維和靈活變通的特質去應付全球老化的挑戰。「賽馬會安寧頌」安寧服務領袖培訓計劃旨在培育一羣社區安寧服務領袖。這個計劃將招募社會機構的領袖去複習社區安寧服務的標準和最佳實踐。他們將學習到實證為本的、國際性而又創新的安寧服務實踐。這個以實踐為基礎的學習方法將有助他們去發展對其機構有效的安寧服務模式‧。

計劃目標：

幫助參加者掌握本地和全球安寧服務的最佳實踐
幫助參加者發展安寧服務的臨床及監察能力
幫助參加者計劃出適用於香港及其機構的安寧服務模式
