Course Format

The JCECC Leadership Programme consists of two components with a total of 54 learning hours (9 days equivalent):

• Knowledge Enrichment Sessions (39 contact hours): Lectures, webinars and interactive workshops led by local and international gurus. Scaffolding materials, such as relevant reading materials, multimedia resources, handouts and reflective exercises will be provided to consolidate the learning.
• Capstone Project (15 contact hours): A project-based learning process that participants will integrate theories and learnings into a service proposal or advocacy plan, with guidance from the JCECC tutors and advices from expert consultants. Each participant is required to submit the proposal or plan (not exceed 10 pages) and make a 5-minute oral presentation at the end of the programme.
